Surf & Mail powered by SETAR is a mobile data package for all 3G phones of SETAR. Surf & Mail will contect you on your mobile with same speed as DSL to the Internet. You can download email, view office documents, chat and download games from your mobile phone. Surf & Mail is another 3rd generation application. It offers you high-speed wireless internet access to your mobile phone without the need of Wi-Fi or cable.

You can apply at any Teleshop.
Requirements:
Residential clients:
- Valid ID (valid passport, Aruban ID card, valid drivers license from Aruba, The Netherlands & Netherlands Antilles)
- Registration from the Census Office (maximum 6 months old)
- The last 2 pay slips or a job reference
Business clients:
- Valid ID (valid passport, Aruban ID card, valid drivers license from Aruba, The Netherlands & Netherlands Antilles)
- Registration from the Chamber of Commerce (maximum 6 months old
