* The terms in English are for reference only. Dutch versions are legaly binding.

* The effective maximum speed depends on a number of factors, among which the number of simultaneous users at any given moment, the distance and the quality of the line between your address and the switch, the quality of the home wiring and apparatus in use at your home.

* Fair Use Policy: For the use of broadband services a Fair Use Policy is applicable. SETAR has the right to limit the use in case the usage of a specific account supersedes three times the average usage. In case of recurring excessive usage SETAR reserves the right to close the account.
