Trunking

Trunking is a 2-way radio system. SETAR's trunking-system covers the entire island up to 15 miles at sea and guarantees continues service without congestion.

Radios in a trunking system are programmed in a so called "Talk Group", only radios within the same talk group can communicate with each other.

Depending on the number of numbers that a customer has, more than one talk group can be programmed in the radios. Radios in different talk groups cannot overhear each other.
