- Enter your mobile number in the “Verify mobile number” field
- Press ‘Next’
- Enter the 6 digit confirmation code that you have received via SMS
- Press ‘Verify’
- Once you press verify you’ll be taken to the App Dashboard, here you can view your information.

*If you haven’t received your code via SMS or suspect that you might have entered the wrong mobile number, press on “Change Number” and repeat the above steps.

Yes, the App including purchasing of Bundles/Add-ons can be used without an active Internet/Data connection. The only exception is the recharge via camera feature; To recharge your prepaid device without an active Internet/Data connection you'll have to manually enter the 12 digit prepaid code in the recharge panel.

Prepaid: For Prepaid users, your Data and Prepaid Credit usage will be displayed in real-time. So if you use your phone to make a call, and then refresh the app, you'll then see the currently available calling credit.

Postpaid: Postpaid users will see their Data usage in real-time. Voice and SMS usage, however, will be refreshed every evening. So Voice and SMS usage can be seen the following day in the dashboard.

- Bundles: Purchase bundles for your prepaid/hybrid in real-time

How does it work?
There are two rates for data bundle: an in-bundle and an out-of-bundle rate. There is a fixed rate for the in-bundle. If you exceed this, an out-of-bundle rate of Afl. 2 per MB will apply.

What happens when I exceed my permitted amount of MB’s in my package?
For every additional MB outside your bundle, you pay Afl. 2. Of course, you can always buy a new bundle. This will commence on the day you activate it. The validity of bundle can vary from 1, 2, 3, 7, 14 to 30 days (or up to the maximum number of MB’s you use). This depends on the type of bundle you choose. You can renew your bundle up to 2 hours before it expires.
