Sali Conecta uses the Nokia FastMile 2 Gateway, a wireless home internet device designed to connect your home to SETAR’s 5G mobile network and provide Wi-Fi internet access throughout your home.

Where should I place the wireless tower/router?
For best performance: Place it near a window. Keep it elevated (desk or shelf height). Avoid placing it behind concrete walls, TVs, or metal objects. Try different locations to improve signal strength.
How long does the tower take to activate?

What do the [signal] lights/colors mean?
White = Power on Green = Strong signal Orange = Weak signal Red = No signal
Can I use the tower outdoors?
No. The device is generally intended for indoor use unless specifically stated otherwise. However, depending on signal strength and location, the Wi-Fi connection may still reach outdoor areas around the home without issues.
How many devices can connect to the tower?
Our service supports multiple devices simultaneously: phones, smart TVs, laptops, gaming consoles, smart home devices. Performance may decrease with very high usage.
Will the tower work during a power outage?
No, unless you have a back-up source of power.
Does the tower overheat?
The device may become warm during normal use. Customers should: keep ventilation open, avoid direct sunlight, avoid covering the unit.
Is the tower waterproof?
No. Keep it away from: rain, humidity, water exposure.
How do I restart/reset the tower?
Typical restart: Unplug power for 30 seconds. Plug it back in. Wait several minutes. Factory reset usually involves holding the reset button for 10–15 seconds.
Does the tower belong to the customer?
No. The equipment remains the property of SETAR N.V.
What happens if the tower is damaged, lost, or compromised?

What is considered “damaged or compromised” equipment?
