Sali Conecta is a home internet service provided through SETAR’s wireless network instead of traditional fixed-line infrastructure. 

Sali Conecta uses the Nokia FastMile 2 Gateway, a wireless home internet device designed to connect your home to SETAR’s 5G mobile network and provide Wi-Fi internet access throughout your home. 

The monthly subscription is Afl. 139. 

For best performance: 

  • Place it near a window. 
  • Keep it elevated (desk or shelf height). 
  • Avoid placing it behind concrete walls, TVs, or metal objects.  
  • Try different locations to improve signal strength. 

Activation usually takes a few minutes after powering on. In case that this takes more than 5 minutes, please contact our customer service:

  • Green = Strong signal 
  • Orange = Weak signal

No. The device is generally intended for indoor use unless specifically stated otherwise. However, depending on signal strength and location, the Wi-Fi connection may still reach outdoor areas around the home without issues. 

Our service supports multiple devices simultaneously:

  • laptops, 
  • gaming consoles, 
  • smart home devices. 

Performance may decrease with very high usage. 

No, unless you have a back-up source of power. 

The device may become warm during normal use. Customers should: 

  • keep ventilation open,  
  • avoid direct sunlight,  
  • avoid covering the unit.

  • rain,  
  • humidity,  
  • water exposure. 

Typical restart: 

  • Unplug power for 30 seconds.  
  • Plug it back in.  
  • Wait several minutes.  

Factory reset usually involves holding the reset button for 10–15 seconds.
