How to Link your Aruba Bank Account

• Tap on ‘Bank‘ on the Pay.aw app main screen
• Next, tap on ‘Bank Settings’
• Enter First Name, Last Name, select Aruba Bank, add your Aruba Bank account number
• Tap on ‘’Continue’
• Now, using Aruba Bank’s online banking app (or browser), log into your bank account and from your online account statement, retrieve the 7-digit number immediately following “Pay.aw token:” which was just added to your account statement. You will find this 7-digit Pay.aw token in the description on your daily activity bank statement following an Afl. 0.01 credit from Pay.aw to your bank account
• Return to ‘Bank Settings’ in the Pay.aw app, add this 7-digit number in the Pay.aw token screen
• Tap on ‘Submit’
• Aruba Bank will verify this token and, if correct, a message will appear that your bank-account was successfully linked
• Now you can make direct and automatic bank-in and bank-out transactions to and from your Pay.aw wallet.

How to transfer from Aruba Bank to Pay.aw

• Tap on ‘Bank to Wallet’ on the Pay.aw app, or alternatively, tap on ‘Bank’ and then on ‘Bank to Wallet’
• Enter the desired amount (or choose from one of the quick amount links). Please note that your Pay.aw wallet holds a maximum of Afl. 350 at any time.
• Tap on Continue
• Enter your PIN
• Money is automatically added to your wallet

You can send money from your bank account directly to your Pay.aw wallet by making a local bank transfer as follows:

Log in to your Banco di Caribe online banking service using your browser
Choose to make a local transfer by clicking on “Local & Int-isl’
• At ‘Amount’ > Enter the amount you’d like to transfer to your Pay.aw Wallet. Please note that your Pay.aw wallet holds a maximum of Afl. 350 at any time.
• At Currency > Make sure this is set to AWG.
At the beneficiary section:
• At ‘Beneficiary Name’ > Enter Payaw
• At ‘Beneficiary Acct/IBAN’ > Enter 7292929 (This is the Pay.aw account number)
• At ‘Beneficiary’s Address’ > Enter Seroe Blanco 29-A
At the beneficiary Institution section:
• At ‘Bank Name’ > Choose: Aruba Bank
• At ‘Payment Detail’ > Enter the 7-digit mobile number that you’d like to credit (ex. yours, a family member, etc.) Do not use +297, any spaces or special characters.
• At ‘Payment Category’ > Choose ‘Goods-Consumer Goods’

Note: Banco di Caribe will autosave the beneficiary’s name and related information. So, the next time you can reuse the payment. Once Payaw is chosen as the Beneficiary, you can just add the amount, the mobile number and the category and then submit the transaction for processing.

Execute the transfer. Once the transfer is completed the amount you have transferred will be available in your Pay.aw Wallet, typically within a minute or two. Happy Shopping.

You can send money from your bank account directly to your Pay.aw wallet by making a local bank transfer as follows:

Log in to your CMB Online banking app (or browser)
Choose to make a local transfer
• At ‘Select Bank’ > Choose Aruba Bank
• At ‘Account no.’ > Enter 7292929 (This is the Pay.aw account number)
• At ‘Name’ > Enter Payaw
• At ‘Amount’ > Enter the amount you’d like to transfer to your Pay.aw Wallet. Please note that your Pay.aw wallet holds a maximum of Afl. 350 at any time.
• At ‘ Comment 1’ > Enter the 7-digit mobile number that you’d like to credit (ex. yours, a family member, etc.) Do not use +297, any spaces or special characters.

Suggestion: It would be handy to save this transaction as a template & (turn on) pre-authorize the amount at Afl. 350 so that for future reuse you will not need to enter the e-Pass values.

Execute the transfer. Once the transfer is completed the amount you’ve transferred will be available in your Pay.aw Wallet, typically within a minute or two. Happy Shopping.

• At ‘Amount’ > Enter the amount you’d like to transfer to your Pay.aw Wallet. Please note that your Pay.aw wallet holds a maximum of Afl. 350 at any time.
• At ‘Purpose of Transfer > Choose ‘Consumer Goods’
• At ‘Transfer Details’ > Enter the 7-digit mobile number that you’d like to credit (ex. yours, a family member, etc.) Do not use +297, any spaces or special characters.

• At ‘Currency’ > Make sure this is set to AWG.
At the beneficiary section:
• At ‘Beneficiary’s Name’ > Enter Payaw
• At ‘Account number’ > Enter 7292929 (This is the Pay.aw account number)
• At ‘Beneficiary’s Bank’> Choose Aruba Bank
At the Additional Information section:
• At ‘Purpose’ > “Choose 1010 – Consumer Goods”
