TV Everywhere is a service that allows subscribers to access content on their device through an Internet connection, either live or on-demand, based on their Digital Cable subscription package.

Watch TV anywhere on the island at any time at no additional cost. The family of TV Everywhere currently consists of the Stingray Music App.

Note: Subscriber must have a Cable TV account registered under his MiSETAR account in order to activate.

How to start? Easy. In order to access the SETAR Live and Stingray services, the subscriber must activate TV Everywhere in MiSETAR.

Steps to activate:
- Sign in to MiSETAR and go on your Cable TV account tab
- Click on “TV Everywhere Settings”
- Click on “Activate TVE”
- Select your TV Everywhere ratings

Once the service is activated in MiSETAR, you can sign in to the apps using your MiSETAR username and password.

Stingray

Stingray is an extension of the music channels on Digital Cable (450-599) that offers all types of music genres, all day, all time. Click HERE for instructions on how to activate the account.

Activate Stingray
- Sign in by either creating a new account, or using your Facebook account
- Accept the terms & conditions
- Click on “All TV Providers” and search for SETAR
- To authorize use of the app, place device close to your TV and tune in on one of the music channels for pairing. Once it's recognized, you can start using the app.

Note: After 180 days of use, you would need to extend the period for Stingray. Go to Settings, Manage Account and choose to extend period.

Frequently asked questions Digital Cable

With TV Everywhere (TVE) you can watch your favorite shows anywhere on Aruba on your laptop, tablet or smartphone using the apps from SETAR Live, ESPN Play, Total Guide xD and many others. You will need some form of Internet connection, either Wi-Fi or mobile Internet. TV Everywhere is an additional service for your Digital Cable plan that does not cost anything extra. To activate and configure your TVE account, you need to have a MiSETAR account. Follow these steps:

  • Log in to your MiSETAR profile.
  • Click on your account number.
  • Select the IPTV service tab.
  • Click on “Activate TVE” button.
  • Once activated, download and install the TVE app.
  • Log in to your TVE app with your MiSETAR credentials (user name/password).

You can return your Digital Cable box to any SETAR Teleshop. Do not forget to bring a valid identification document with you (ID card, driver's license or passport).

With Video On Demand (VOD) you can watch movies and other programs via your TV at your own convenience (within 24 hours of purchasing), without being tied to the normal television schedules. Movies, documentaries, concerts, children's programs, adult movies ... VOD has it. In order to purchase VOD programming you need to have a Digital Cable subscription.
