Yes, it's possible for you to arrange this through someone else. However you need to authorize them first. You can do this using one of the two authorization forms provided below.

As well as the completed authorization forms, the person you wish to authorize must also bring the following documents:
- Valid identification document (ID, driver's license or passport) of the person requesting the authorization.
- Valid identification document (ID, driver's license or passport) of the person being authorized.
- If applicable, a valid work/residence permit for the person being authorized.
Additional requirements for business customers:
Proof of registration from the Chamber of Commerce, no older than 6 months.
