Our Projects

From internal systems to customer-facing products, here’s a selection of what we’ve built; some of which you might already use daily.

Our Projects

Statistical Data Platform

Developed using Visual Studio and Microsoft Integration Services, this platform collects, processes and analyzes statistical data for Aruba. It delivers insights across multiple sectors, providing stakeholders with accurate, timely and actionable data for planning and decision-making.

Setar Mobile App

Created in Flutter and fully integrated with backend APIs, this application increases customer self-service capabilities such as account management, bill payments and service requests. Deployed for both Aruba and another Dutch Caribbean Island, it reduces the need for in-person visits and enhances customer experience.

Hulpbestuurskantoor (HBK) Portal

Built in Vue.js, this portal allows customers to make payments directly to HBK. Transactions are automatically processed into the billing system, significantly reducing the need for manual payment entries and improving operational efficiency.

Conecta Self Service Implementation

For a utility company, the Conecta platform delivers self-service capabilities directly through the popular messaging channel WhatsApp. Customers can check their invoice balance, initiate and complete payments within the chat, and receive immediate confirmation of the transaction. Beyond payments, the platform supports a range of self-service tasks such as submitting service requests, reporting issues, updating contact information, and accessing frequently asked questions. By providing these services in a familiar, always-available channel, Conecta improves customer convenience while reducing the need for in-person or call center interactions.

Aruba Health App

Developed in Flutter, this mobile application enables e-health services in Aruba by securely exchanging messages with third-party systems using an e-government X-Road–style messaging model. It supports patient access to health services, medical records and digital interactions with healthcare providers. User identification is carried out by uploading a passport and a selfie, then matching the selfie with the uploaded document to verify that the correct person is registering.

Data Platform Blueprint Design

For an national insurance company, we designed a comprehensive blueprint for a future-ready data platform capable of delivering critical management information in the areas of health and finance. The design outlines the architecture, integration points, data flows and governance model needed to consolidate information from multiple sources into a single, reliable environment. This blueprint enables the company to securely process and analyze sensitive health and financial data, generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
